About me
Person-centred therapist
Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
As a person-centred therapist, I believe you're the only person who can decide how to live your life. Yet that doesn't mean we can't get stuck, lost or overwhelmed. Life can be hectic and even unbearable at times, but it should also be what you want it to be.
Therapy with me is designed to give you a warm and personalised space to help you decide what you want from life, and how to navigate it in a way that feels right for you, no matter what.

My sessions are friendly, calm and non-judgemental, yet also down-to-earth. I believe your therapist shouldn't be a robot, but a human too.

I can support you with:
-
Depression
-
Anxiety
-
Navigating change
-
Entering adulthood
-
Low self-esteem
-
Perfectionism
-
Stress
-
People-pleasing
-
Grief
-
Gender transition
-
Family conflict
-
Burnout
-
Relationship issues
-
And much more
Who am I?
After graduating with a degree in English Literature, I kick-started a career in Marketing and Communications. I combined two of my favourite things - supporting others and the written word - by working in the charity sector, before pivoting to the private sector.

Yet throughout this time, I still didn't feel fulfilled. I decided a career change was needed, and finally took the plunge to retrain as a therapist. I'd seen firsthand just how valuable therapy could be - how learning to understand yourself, your patterns, and what makes you tick can teach you to trust yourself. I wanted to give that to others.

When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me curled up with a book, making time for friends and family, or lifting weights.
