So, what even is therapy?
Therapy, also known as counselling, is about giving you time and space wholly devoted to your needs and wellbeing. You're in control of what you want to talk about - it's my job as your therapist to listen to you, accept you, and support you.

Therapy works because it's about providing you with a therapeutic relationship (think: nurturing, supportive and curious) in which you can learn about yourself and grow to be more you. Not a new you, but all the wonderful things you already are.
That's where healing happens.
What to expect
Your therapy experience with me
I offer individual therapy in-person in Worcester and online for young people and adults 18 years of age and over.

After you contact me, we'll have a 15-minute conversation over the phone or through video call to decide if we're a good fit. If we are, we can book in your first session at a time and date to suit you.

I'll let you decide what you want to talk about.​ Don't know where to begin? I also use creative techniques to help you unlock your inner self.
Understanding
I won't judge you for what you bring to therapy. Every person is different, and it's my job to see you and accept you for who you are.
Room to explore
I'm not here to repeat what you say or only ask 'how that made you feel'. Therapy with me is a discussion - let's figure things out together.
